Customer remains responsible for decisions made on the basis of reports or analyses. For interpretation or enforcement, refer to a qualified lawyer or the supervisory authority.
We use public sources, vendor documentation and verified schemas. We aim for completeness; results are best-effort. Uncertainty is stated explicitly.
Total liability is capped at the amounts paid by Customer in the twelve months preceding a claim, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Customer remains responsible for executing decisions based on reports — including communication with vendors or regulators.
For the processing of personal data, the separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies.
